Discover all the fields available for each member record

Manage members

In the member list, click the icon pencil next to the member's name to open their detailed record. All the fields available for this member are then displayed.

⚠️ Important note: The set of available fields depends on your club's configuration. Some clubs may have more or fewer fields depending on their specific needs.

Here is a complete description of the different field categories you can manage:

Identity

Gender	Mr, Mrs, or Virtual (for minimal data)
Photo	Member's profile photo
First name	Member's first name (required)
Name	Member's last name (required)

Contact details

Email	Email address (strongly recommended for notifications)
Phone	Landline phone number
Mobile	Mobile phone number
Address 1	Home street and number
Address 2	Additional address information (optional)
Postal code	Home postal code
City	Home city
Country	Home country
Language	Preferred language for communications

Family

Group invoice with

Lets you link invoices with another member (family contact). This member becomes responsible for grouped invoicing.

Account

Username	Automatically generated for access to web booking
Password	Automatically generated for access to web booking

Billing

Different billing address	Lets you specify a billing address different from the home address
Receive invoice by email	Send invoices by email instead of postal mail
Active account	Indicates whether the member's account is currently active

Additional information

Date of birth	Used for age-based subscriptions (e.g., junior, student)
License	Member's license number (if applicable)
Nationality	Member's nationality
Comment	Free-form notes about the member
Join date	Date the member joined the club
Leave date	Date the member left (if applicable)

💡 Helpful tip

The email address is particularly important, as it allows your members to receive booking notifications, invoice reminders, and other important communications.
